COVID 19
We are following new cleaning guidelines as provided by the government and are members of the nationally recognised "Good to Go" Scheme.
This does mean we need guests to help us with operating our apartments in Aberystwyth safely. We need to allow one hour between cleaners and guests entering the property. We also need our guests to put bed linen in bags for us and open windows to air the apartments on departure.
Please be aware that the rules in Wales are different to England - please stay up to date here and bare the rules in mind when on holiday in Aberystwyth.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
CANCELLATION
The cancellation policy has been reviewed in light of the pandemic. We now offer free cancellation with full refund or voucher exchange up to 5 days before arrival. Cancellations that need to be made in less than 5 days before arrival are eligible for full value voucher or 50% refund
DEPOSIT
There is a security deposit of £100 for each booking, which is refundable provided there are no damages to the property. There is a 25% deposit required on booking to reserve your stay. The final 75% is required 5 days before your stay.
WHATS INCLUDED
We have designed these holiday homes in Wales to be a real home from home. The flats are fully furnished to a very high standard and kitchens are fully stocked with crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. There is bed Linen, towels, and robes. We also have books, games, DVD players and Netflix. There is a small supply of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and some Welsh goodies in the Welcome Hamper.

MINIMUM STAY
There are minimum stays in place for peak times of the year - typically a 3 night stay, we offer 1 or 2 night stays for those looking for s short stay in Aberystwyth during off peak times.
HOW TO CHECK IN
We offer "self check in" to the apartments. You will be provided with a unique code to access the apartments in Aberystwyth. A member of our team is onsite to provide any assistance. On departure, keys should be left as instructed.

SMOKING
All of our properties are non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted outside in the courtyard.
PETS
Pets are not allowed.
